Server-Side Tracking Agency
Ad blockers, Safari limits and declined cookies mean part of your conversions never reach Google Ads, Meta or GA4. We set up server-side tracking on your own domain, connected to your CRM, so your campaigns optimize on real revenue while respecting your visitors' consent.

Sound familiar?
Tracking only becomes a topic the day the numbers disagree. Here is what marketing and acquisition leaders tell us most often.
- "Google Ads, Meta and our CRM never show the same number." Nobody knows which one to trust, so budgets are set on gut feeling.
- "Our campaigns optimize for form fills, not customers." The ad platforms never learn which leads turn into revenue.
- "Safari users and ad blockers just disappear." The conversions happen, but they never reach the platforms.
- "We tried server-side before and conversions got counted twice." Without deduplication, the pixel and the server step on each other.
- "Our site is slowed down by a dozen tags." Every pixel adds code to your visitors' browsers.
- "Nobody monitors tracking after launch." A site update breaks an event and nobody notices for weeks.

Our story
We had the same problem, on our own e‑commerce
Before Klickbee, Louis and Julien built an online business past 13,000 customers. Every lead counted, so they learned what makes a website sell, and what is just decoration. That is the method we now apply to your site, with a senior team in Dubai and experts worldwide.

What Klickbee sets up
A custom-quoted project, one team that knows tracking, ad platforms and CRM, and measurement you can verify.
Audit and measurement plan
We list what is tracked today, what is missing and what is counted twice, then write your measurement plan: every event, every conversion and the business question it answers.
Server-side GTM on your domain
Server-side Google Tag Manager hosted on Stape, Addingwell or Google Cloud depending on your volume, on your own subdomain, with the bridge from your web container.
Conversions API and enhanced conversions
Meta CAPI, Google Ads enhanced conversions, LinkedIn and GA4 sent server-side, with an event ID to deduplicate pixel and server, and hashed personal data.
Qualified leads and sales sent back to ad platforms
Your CRM stages, such as HubSpot, flow back to Google Ads and Meta, so your campaigns optimize for meetings and closed deals, not just form fills.
Consent and privacy
Connection to your consent tool and Google Consent Mode v2, documented data flows per partner, and nothing sent without the visitor's consent.
QA, dashboard and alerts
We compare volumes before and after across browsers, then set up a dashboard and alerts for when an event stops coming through.
How we work
Four steps, each one signed off by you. The timeline depends on your channels and your site, and it is fixed in the quote.
Step 1: audit and measurement plan
Audit of your tags, GA4, ad platform conversions, consent setup and CRM fields. You get a written measurement plan and the list of gaps to fix.
Step 2: server setup
Server container creation, hosting choice, subdomain setup, bridge from the web container and migration of existing tags.
Step 3: ad platforms, CRM and QA
Server-side connection of GA4, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn with deduplication, CRM stages sent back, then QA across browsers and devices, with consent granted and denied.
Step 4: launch and monitoring
Gradual switchover, before and after volume comparison, documentation and team training. Then we can monitor tracking every month so a site update never breaks it.
Documented, verifiable measurement tied to revenue, not a black box.

How much does server-side tracking cost?
Pricing depends on the number of platforms, your CRM and your site. After the audit you get a fixed quote. Server hosting is billed directly by the provider, at cost.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers on how server-side tracking works, privacy, cost and timeline.
What is server-side tracking?
With standard tracking, your visitor's browser sends data straight to Google, Meta or LinkedIn. With server-side tracking, it sends it to a server on your own subdomain, which filters it and then forwards it to each platform. You gain reliability, page speed and control over the data you share.
What is the difference between client-side and server-side tracking?
Client-side, each pixel runs in the browser and depends on what the browser allows. Server-side, a single request goes to your server, which then feeds your tools. Most projects keep a light web container and add the server: a hybrid setup.
Does server-side tracking get around GDPR or US privacy laws?
No. Consent is still required where the law requires it, in the browser and on the server. We connect the server to your consent tool and Google Consent Mode, and no data reaches an ad platform without the visitor's consent. What you do gain is more control over what is shared.
How much does server-side tracking cost?
The project is custom-quoted: the price depends on how many platforms we connect, your CRM and how complex your site is. Server hosting comes on top and is billed by the provider. Stape, for example, advertises a free plan up to 10,000 requests a month and paid plans from $20 a month, while Google Cloud costs more because it needs several servers. You get the total cost before we start.
How long does it take to set up server-side tracking?
The timeline is fixed in the quote after the audit. For a site with two or three ad platforms, it is a matter of weeks, not months. Ecommerce sites with many events, several domains or a CRM to connect need more QA time.
Does server-side tracking replace pixels?
Not always. For Meta, the recommended setup keeps the pixel and adds the Conversions API, with a shared event ID for deduplication. For GA4 and Google Ads, most tags can move to the server. We decide channel by channel.
What is conversion deduplication?
When the pixel and the server send the same conversion, the platform needs to know it is the same one. Each event gets a unique ID sent through both paths, and the platform keeps only one. Without it, conversions are counted twice and your bidding is skewed.
Will we really recover more conversions?
It depends on your share of Safari users, ad blocker users and your consent rate. Instead of promising a percentage, we measure volumes before and after on your own site, and you see the difference in the dashboard.
Which platforms can you connect?
GA4, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn server-side, plus your CRM, such as HubSpot, to send qualified leads and sales back to the ad platforms. We work on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow and custom sites.
Which hosting should we choose: Stape, Addingwell or Google Cloud?
Stape and Addingwell are managed hosting options that are easy to maintain. Google Cloud gives more control but needs more technical upkeep. We recommend the option that fits your volume, your data requirements and who will maintain the setup.
Does every company need server-side tracking?
No. If you spend little on ads or have very few conversions, a clean client-side setup is often enough. Server-side pays off when Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn are a real share of your budget and their algorithms need complete data to bid well.
Who maintains the tracking after launch?
You get documentation and your team is trained. If you prefer, we monitor tracking every month: alerts when an event stops coming through, checks after each site update and new conversions added.
Where does Klickbee Tracking fit in?
Klickbee Tracking is our cookieless analytics tool, which also identifies the companies visiting your site. It complements server-side tracking: the server feeds your ad platforms reliable conversions, and Klickbee Tracking shows you the journeys and the accounts worth following up.
